My work is not medical treatment and does not replace medical assessment. It is also not coaching in the conventional sense. The focus lies on a well-founded, clearly structured exploration of what is at work in your life and how you can apply this understanding for yourself. At Fiducia Imperial, everything begins with one question. What supports you in shaping your wellbeing consciously?
To explore this, it is rarely enough to look at a single aspect in isolation. Clarity often emerges only when experiences, habits and the information you already bring with you are viewed together. This is what we create a structured framework for. Our collaboration follows four consecutive steps.
1. Preparation
At the start, you receive a detailed questionnaire designed to help you reflect consciously on key aspects of your everyday life. This includes sleep, energy patterns, nutrition, movement, mental load and other lifestyle factors.
The questionnaire provides clarity on which areas play an important role in your daily life and where you wish for more orientation or structure. This forms the foundation for our work together.
2. Joint Exploration and Orientation
In a session of about two hours, we look at your life through a science-informed lens. We connect scientific principles with your own observations, routines and experiences.
This includes
- a deeper understanding of biochemical and everyday processes
- typical interactions between nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and energy
- scientific models that make complex relationships easier to grasp
- clarity on which levers in your daily life feel coherent for you

3. Implementation & Support
The following four weeks are dedicated to putting things into practice.
During this time, I accompany you via messenger or email. You can ask questions, share experiences and together we reflect on what works well, where obstacles appear and how you can refine your routines. Change in this phase comes mainly through conscious action and integrating new patterns into your everyday life.
I support you in keeping focus and not getting caught up in the pressure to be perfect.
4. Continued Support (optional)
If you wish to continue beyond the initial weeks, I am happy to accompany you further. We can explore additional aspects, refine routines, structure your daily life more clearly and strengthen your goals over the long term.

About me

I am Ulrike Fuchs, born in 1979, married and mother of two almost grown children. I love reading, discovering the world with curiosity, and staying fit through strength training and endurance sports because they give me energy and make me feel well.
As a physicist with a doctorate, I have been working in the optics industry for many years. Precision, analytical thinking and scientific clarity shape my daily work and my way of understanding connections. About fifteen years ago, I began to dive deeply into biochemistry, nutrition and hormonal rhythms. What started as a personal exploration became a field of knowledge that has broadened my perspective ever since.
From this combination of science, everyday life and personal responsibility, Fiducia Imperial was created in 2024. A platform for clarity, structure and conscious decisions.
